3. No Profit Guarantee
Trading involves substantial financial risk.
BullMind does not guarantee:
- Profits
- Income
- Capital growth
- Success rate
- Trading performance
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
All course fees, membership fees, subscription charges, and any other payments made to BullMind are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes:
- Change of mind
- Lack of time
- Personal reasons
- Failure to attend classes
- Unsatisfactory trading performance
- Failure to complete the course
5. Account Sharing Policy
Each student is permitted to use only one registered account.
If BullMind detects that:
- One account is being used by multiple individuals;
- A student logs into the application using multiple accounts;
- Login credentials are shared with others;
then BullMind reserves the right to:
- Permanently suspend the account;
- Block future access without refund;
- Cancel course access immediately.
6. Device Login Policy
Students should use their own personal devices only.
BullMind reserves the right to monitor login activity and suspend accounts showing suspicious or unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials including:
- Videos
- PDFs
- Presentations
- Strategies
- Notes
- Charts
- Templates
- Worksheets
- Recordings
are the exclusive intellectual property of BullMind.
Students may not:
- Copy
- Record
- Screenshot for distribution
- Upload online
- Sell
- Redistribute
- Share with others
without written permission.
Violation may result in legal action.
8. Recording & Content Distribution
Recording live sessions or distributing BullMind content on social media, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, websites, or any other platform is strictly prohibited.
9. Confidentiality
Students agree not to disclose proprietary trading methods, educational materials, or community discussions outside the BullMind platform.
10. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior.
BullMind reserves the right to remove students involved in:
- Abuse
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Spamming
- Misconduct
- Misuse of community groups
No refund will be provided in such cases.
11. Course Access
BullMind reserves the right to:
- Update course content
- Modify lessons
- Add or remove modules
- Improve the curriculum
- Change instructors when necessary
without prior notice.
12. Technical Issues
BullMind is not responsible for interruptions caused by:
- Internet connectivity
- Mobile device issues
- Server outages
- Software problems

BullMind shall not be liable for any trading losses incurred by students.
14. Community Rules
Students participating in WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or other BullMind communities must maintain professional conduct.
BullMind reserves the right to remove members violating community guidelines.
15. Privacy
Student information collected during registration will be used solely for educational, administrative, communication, and support purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
BullMind will not intentionally sell personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
16. Limitation of Liability
BullMind, its directors, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Financial damages
- Business losses
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
arising from the use of BullMind’s educational content.
17. Changes to Terms
BullMind reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over BullMind’s registered place of business.
